ISR4331-X License Activation

This may not be a problem but its an interesting inconsistency between what the router says is active for licensing vs. what I see on the Cisco Licensing website.  I'm not entirely sure if I am missing something.  My focus is on the ipbasek9 license.

Firstly - I re-hosted licensing from one 4331/K9 to another.

Output from Cisco Licensing website:

License ID QTY Product Name Valid until PAK/Token Created date
66246358 1 ISR4400_MFGINSTALL Permanent NA 12/15/2016
  1 SL-44-IPB-K9 Permanent NA 12/15/2016
66246362 1 ISR4400_MFGINSTALL Permanent NA 12/15/2016
  1 SL-44-SEC-K9 Permanent NA 12/15/2016
66246365 1 ISR4400_MFGINSTALL Permanent NA 12/15/2016
  1 SL-44-APP-K9 Permanent NA 12/15/2016

As you can see all the licenses and features for this device that are listed as Permanent

Now look at the output from the router:

Technology Package License Information:

-----------------------------------------------------------------
Technology     Technology-package                              Technology-package
                       Current                           Type                Next reboot
------------------------------------------------------------------
appx                appxk9                           Permanent       appxk9
uc                    None                              None               None
security           securityk9                       Permanent       securityk9
ipbase             ipbasek9                         None               ipbasek9

Notice how the ipbasek9 type is listed as None.  Shouldn't this be permanent?

More output from the router:

Shouldn't there be more clear output from the router that tells me that ipbase9k is permanent, active, in use or something?
