Dear Community,
we facing a strange behavior with new Samsung TVs we using together with WebEx Roomt Kit and WebEx Room Kit Plus.
When the system is turned on and wake up the Samsung TV over the CEC signal, the TV automatically turns on, but is choosing the TV Input as default signal, showing "No TV Signal is found".
As soon as sharing any content or starting a call, the TV switches the signal over to the HDMI Port connected with the Spark Room Kit.
This is very uncomfortable, especially with "Wake up on Montion" when somebody enter the room and the TV is started with an error message on the screen.
The Problem appears with the new available versions of the CE Firmware and also with the newest available firmware for the TV.
We have the issue with WebEx Room Kit, Webex Room Kit Plus and SX20...
Older Samsung TVs are working fine.
Can anybody help or had similar experience?
