I am working on a system where the Password on the application user used for CU Attendant Console Advanced server version 11.0.2 used to sync with Call Manager got changed and now it keeps locking out. We have confirmed the issue is caused by the change to the Application User password but we do not have documentation of what it is. I cannot seem to find any procedures as to how to change the password correctly in the system to ensure it is fully updated or instructions on how to switch the application user to use for the CUCM communication.
