I'm used to using FTP to load images onto routers, recently I notice that this appears to have stopped working.
The 3 commands I use in the router are:
ip ftp user <name>
ip ftp password <password>
no ip ftp passive
Then issue the command `copt ftp flash' and fill in the requested details.
In routers running later IOS versions this now hangs, the initial connection is made but then the process stops.
If I reset the FTP server the router detects the connection closure, so the command channel is still active.
I've tried this on several PC's now directly connected, has anyone else come across this??
