Dear All,
I am currently facing the problem where i cannot call from one extension to another extension via CME.
I have 2 CME, one is for LA and another one is for NJ both are sitting on the same location, however, if i call on the extension which is configured on LA, I can call.
But if i call on any extension registered on NJ CME from LA CME, it is going to the global number, where company IVR is coming, instead of an internal extension.
Could you please help me on this, since i am the beginner, i am sorry if i asked a too basic question.
