Has anybody used the Cisco UC Upgrade scanner (http://collabupgrade.cisco.com/home) for upgrading within a major version?
My customer is looking to upgrade from v11.0. to 11.5. Attempting to use the upgrade scanner, they run into issues as follows-
- v11.5 is not listed as an option (to upgrade to ) [see attachment]
- If they run it with UCM11 as the "to" version, the tool doesn’t produce a report (perhaps, because they are already at v11?)
I have used it with other, earlier versions and found it to be a very handy tool and the report is quite comprehensive. It will be great to be able to use it for the scenario in question.
Any tips will be much appreciated.
