KVM on C240M5 Connection Timeout

Level 1

I am unable to connect to the KVM console on a server in my lab. I am connected to the Server through an avocent KVM also, which is connected through our company internal network .    I am accessing CIMC through the IP address, but maybe I need to include a proxy server in the  Intersight Management, since I see there is a Network connection error, could this be the issue?

Here is the output from the java console:

Java Web Start 11.201.2.09 x86
