Hello community,
We have installed Cisco Prime 3.5 on our premises, with critical fix 2.0.0. On two 3945 routers we created some tunnel interfaces which we wanted to monitor. We navigate to Inventory -> Group Management -> Port Groups, to find these tunnel interfaces, and place them in a group in order to monitor them, but the tunnels are not there!
The other weird thing is that when "synchronizing" these devices I always get a "Collection Failure" message, for no apparent reason. This used to work!!!
Any help would be highly appreciated.
