I am experiencing issues from migration Call Manager 8.6 to Call Manager 12.5 (and 10.5 to 12.5, and 11.0 to 12.5) using PCD 12.5
I am using:
- the OVA (cucm_12.5_vmv13_v1.0.ova) ;
- bootable CUCM Software (Bootable_UCSInstall_UCOS_UNRST_12.5.1.11900-146.sgn.iso) ;
- PCD (PCD_UCOS_12.5.1.10000-18.sgn.iso);
- ESXI 6.5.
Critical Error:
The installation has encountered a unrecoverable internal error. For further assistance report the following information to your support provider.
"/user/local/cm/script/cm-dbl-install install RU PostInstall 12.5.1.11900-146 8.6.2.20000-2 /usr/local/cm/usr/local/cm//common/m1_root_dir/cluster-172.21.46.10/node-172.21.46.10//component/database /common/log/install/capture.txt" failed(1)
The system wiil now halt.
Can someone please help?
Migration using PCD 12.5 from Call Manager 8.6 to Call Manager 10.5, and Migration from Call Manager 10.5 to Call Manager 11.0, is working.
But experiencing issues from:
- migration Call Manager 8.6 to Call Manager 12.5
- migration Call Manager 10.5 to Call Manager 12.5
- migration Call Manager 11.0 to Call Manager 12.5
using PCD 12.5;
