Cisco Any connect single sign on token failure

Hi Team,

 

I am from Tech support, we find some issues with Cisco Anyconnect VPN .It gets stuck at hostscan for some time and we ll get error "Single sign on anyconnect token failure ".

 

Want to know why this occurs and how to resolve this?
