Hi,
My name is Steve; I am just out of the box with CISCO 9300 @24T.
The issue I have in front of me is a team member remoted into a CISCO 9300; installed cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.12.04.SPA.bin, a lite version, not the full version, and the switch will only recycle and end up in rommon mode (switch:)
I tried to delete the newer version with no success and see if it would revert to the older version with no luck.
I have researched cisco and youtube to see how to either delete or rollback to the older version.
I am asking for advice on the best course of action in finding a solution.
