All right all, need some guidance. I have DHCP running on a 2851, with Option66, and Option150 set and Voice VLAN configured properly. I have a 7962 which is getting the right info from the DHCP server as I can see that from the IP address which is a private IP 10.XX.XX.33. When I go to view the phone in HTTP and view the information about the boot load its showing a file which is not in the boot loader for the 7962.....and furthermore it has the right TFTP address which is loaded. But in debug mode I am not getting a TFTP request at all?

I have downloaded the latest code from the Cisco website, and performed a factory reset on the phone, but its completely wiped, and none of the LCD functions work yet so I can change anything on the phone. I saw some youtube videos that the only way to fix it is to load old SCCP code first, and then upgrade it to a SIP load?
