Mobile App Transferred calls

I am having an issue on the Webex mobile app. When a Call is transferred to me via my Webex application on my computer or my desk phone (cisco 8841) I am able to see the contact information of the call being transferred to me. However on the mobile app when I have a call transferred to me My mobile Webex app does not inform me of the new call's contact information. It simply continues to show me who it was transferred from. Is there a setting that may be causing this? Either in the Webex control hub or on the mobile app itself that controls this?
