Hi there, currently I have a customer who faulty APs... The models are AIR-AP2802E-S-K9 and AIR-AP2802I-S-K9. Both these model has LLW. As there are not smartnet for these APs, customer want to request for RMA through LLW.
Is there a portal in Cisco that I can sent in my request? Or what is the proper procedures to follow to get the faulty units RMA under LLW? Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks.
