NSO Sandbox Reservation not working

I'm currently in an NSO Sandbox reservation.  The vpn setup great.  Using putty to ssh to 10.10.20.50.  Directories seem to be in place, but the very first command in the lab "ncs-setup" is not working.

 

Please advise.
