we have a need to create incidents in the ServiceNow for the wireless coverage SLA violation (in presence of integration between DNAC & SNow with CMDB-synch & Network Issue M&E bundles activated). we r aware such SLA violations can be discovered via GUI Design/Network Hierarchy in Floor map 3D "Insights" which is a bit of manual effort. Is it possible to automate that violations transformation into Incidents in the ServiceNow & what has to be done on the DNAC for this to work (assuming DNAC-SNow integration was fully complete)?
