1:1 NAT over Site to Site VPN on cisco rv042

Hello,

Does Cisco RV042 support 1:1 NAT over VPN ?!

From my test it looks NOT

I need to use 1:1 NAT in my RV042 for a vpn from my site to a Site B with cisco ASA

Could somebody confirm it?

If that is the case, ASA is a good option? Or another model?

Thanks

here is 1:1 NAT for RV

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/routers/cisco-rv-series-small-business-routers/smb544-one-to-one-network-address-translation-nat-on-rv016-rv042-rv.html

ASA is always best option for advanced features (RV Model for Small medium based on the requirement)

For Longer Investment protection Firepower is best 1K Model (replacing ASA).

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi

Thanks for the reply

The link you suggested to me doesnt answer exactly my question.

The link is a simple configuration of 1:1 NAT but it is not a 1:1 NAT over an IPsec tunnel

If I use the NAT IP on a vpn tunnel as my local group does it work ? I guess not for this model
