3 RV082 Routers with Multiple Subnets and 1 SG300-28 Switch

I have 3 Cisco RV082 routers, all running V4.2.2.08 (Apr 26 2013) and a Cisco SG300-28 running v 1.3.0.62 in Layer 3 acting as a router, with the following configurations:

Router 1

Primary Lan IP: 10.10.1.1/24

Second Lan IP:  10.10.2.254/24

Third Lan IP:       10.10.6.250/24

Router 2

Primary Lan IP:  10.10.2.251/24

Second Lan IP:   10.10.1.199/24

Third Lan IP:        10.10.6.251/24

Router 3

Primary Lan IP:  10.10.6.254/24

Second Lan IP:   10.10.1.195/24

Third Lan IP:        10.10.2.252/24

L3Switch

Primary Lan IP Vlan 1:  10.10.1.253/24

Second Lan IP Vlan 2:  10.10.2.253/24

Third Lan IP Vlan 6:        10.10.6.253/24

My questions are:

1.  Does the RV082 act as a router on a stick or not?

2. Why have I not been able to ping the second and third ip addresses on each router from a workstation on each subnet.

Example:

Workstation on vlan 1 with IP address 10.10.1.145, SM /24, DG 10.10.1.1 can ping all switch ip addresses and router primary ip addresses and only secondary ip address on router 1.

Workstation on vlan 2 with ip address 10.10.2.145, SM /24, DG 10.10.2.2.251 can ping all switch ip addresses and router primary ip addresses and only secondary ip address on router 2.

Workstation on vlan 6 with IP address 10.10.6.145, SM /24, DG 10.10.1.254 can ping all switch ip addresses and router primary ip addresses and only secondary ip address on router 3.

I am unsure what you are trying to do.  is this a Lab, or what is the purpose of this network?

The rv0xx series only has one IP address on the lan side, you can set it up with Multiple subnets on the lan side, and it will do routing between them, but does not do IP based vlans, only port based and there is limited functionality for the Multiple subnet feature.

That being said, with the limited information in your config, you are probably having and issue with asynchronus routing where the outbound packets are going through one router, and inbound are coming directly to the client.  The firewall may be blocking these since it will not see the full state of the connection (syn, but no syn-ack, data but no replys for example.)

Usually with the small business devices we recommend only having one router per subnet.  in your case i would suggest use the l3 switch for your alternate vlans, and have a point to point link off the main vlans to support your remote connections.  Again  it is difficult to update your design without knowing the purpose of this design.
