where i can find the datasheet for C1111-4p with information related to max Throughput, in product datasheet there's no info related to that.

I'm not sure about max throughput, but their "performance positioning" is 250 Mbps. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/routers/1000-series-integrated-services-routers-isr/compare-model.html

that is also the info i get, but when surfing cisco community appears references to 1 Gbps. the information related to this products is not clear.
