Hey all,
I bought a Cisco C819HGW router off ebay, the listing had it as a C819HGW-V-A-K9, however the unit is label as a C819HGW-V V01. I called tech support and they said that they serial number correlates to a C819HGW-V-A-K9 so I'm just wondering what the V V01 is referring to. I looked in the manual and there isn't any information on a "V" series or anything like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi ,
The ISR series are not considered a Small Business router (such as the RV series). I'd suggest to post your question to the main Routing section so your post can get the appropriate visibility and be answered sooner. If your issue is urgent you can also call our support centre for assistance.
Thank you!
