Routers - Small Business

I have setup one-to-one NAT with a second WAN IP on the RV320 and it works fine but all ports are open.   How can you setup an access list or port forwarding so that only some services are open?  

I can't Upgrade the OS on the RV nothing happens when I  tick try to  the box for remote upgrade enable in the firewall basic settings screen   and the locate and select the upgrade file is greyed out. Is there a way round this,

I recently purchased the RV325 and see that dyndns.org is the only option available for DDNS.  Is there any reason other providers are not offered?  They don't even offer the option to enter a custom provider.
