Can't login to RV-340W admin

This is 3rd time this has happened since I bought this router.  Yes, the login credentials are correct. Anyone know how to get into it? I own a campground, we are full, and I can't reset to factory settings like I could do the last 2 times.

Restart the device and test, another browser ? what firmware ?

I know bizarre that every time reset is not a must...need to improve this firmware code .

as long as it working without admin GUI access, let it run and reset when you get chance and test
