Cannot access rv320 or do a factory reset

This router was updated some time ago. Since that time access to the gui has failed. I tried factory reset and I believe something occurred but not sure what as I still can't gain access.

I tried from the wan side also, no joy. 

What I think happened is a bug in the software or even a possible hack, but I doubt that.

I do have a backup on usb but I can't do anything without access to the gui.

I wish I could access the cli, but I believe ssh is blocked. port scan showed only a single port open. I believe 1723.

Are you getting a certificate error?  Continue to the site any way. It should work.

Sorry just noticed you can't do a factory reset.

I know of that certificate issue.

But not getting a factory reset tops the issues. If I could get into the GUI I think I could get around things. I am convinced it is the upgrade that caused this.
