Cannot add a local user on a RV340 router

Hi, 

I'm not able to add a local user on a RV340 router.

When I click on the Add button the create window open, but after having filled the required fields when I click on apply the windows went back to the user menu and the record didn't appear in the list. So I'm limited with user Cisco and Guest...

Does somebody have an Idea ?

Can you please confirm which firmware version you are using?

Have you also tested using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, IE)?

Hello, I'm currently running the last firmware 1.0.01.17. In the mean time I found out a solution for my issue:

- I moved back to Firmware 1.0.00.33.

- Then I tried to add some users and it worked well

- Finally I upgraded again to the last firmware 1.0.01.17. 

With that downgrade and upgrade I have now the ability to create new users.

Now I have another problem with the VPN connections... In fact the router does not recognize the granted VPN users when I try to connect me thru a VPN connection.  

Do you have any idea to solve this last issue ?
