Hello,
I am having trouble finalizing the set up for our VLANs in the CNA application. I have a 48 Port catlyst 3750, Default VLAN is 1 which is our data network 192.168.x.x which connects to port #1 on the router. VLAN 20 is our phone system 192.168.x.x which connect to port's 3&4. When i connect my computer and IP phone to port 5, my phone says no service but my computer reads my 192.168.x.x which is correct. I need some assistance on how to tag these two vlan's the switching portion of the CNA program.
Thank You

Can you post the config. as per your information VLAN 1 is data and VLAN 20 for Voice.
if you want to Port 5 to work for voice and Data
as example below : (make sure you have right DHCP configured)
interface GigabitEthernetx/x
switchport access vlan 1
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 20

that is standard enterprise lan setup, phone and PC connected using single port. so you need to setup the access port as suggested config, and tweak your DHCP with options.

Hello,
what brand/model are the phones ? They either run CDP or LLDP, if these are non-Cisco phones, turn on LLDP on the switch:
3750#conf t
3750(config)#lldp run
