Hello,
I have a Cisco RV 082 Router and it works fine except for when I try to view the access rules page in the firewall settings tab.
All other pages in the GUI work fine, but as soon as I go to the access rules, I get this error:
502 Bad Gateway
The CGI was not CGI/1.1 compliant.
I've restarted the router numerous times since this error began occuring about a week ago.
Does anyone know how to fix this page error or another way I can view the firewall rules I have set in place?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi John, thank you for using our forum, my name is Johnnatan I am part of the Small business Support community. I have a couple of question for you, what firmware are you running? If you are not running the latest I recommend you to update it, bellow you will see the link to download the update:
(You should check if you are downloading the correct software version)
Did you try doing a backup of your configuration and performed factory reset, and then upload your configuration?

Thank you for the reply. No =, I have not tried backing up and restoring as there are real time transactions going through this router, perhaps I can perform this on the weekend when I have less traffic going through it.
I am using firmaware version: v4.0.4.02-tm (Jul 4 2011 13:30:56)
