Hi Mark Reeves You have a point and I completely understand why you are angry, however the solution is to change the subnets in one workstation, this because to avoid forward issues, I mean if you have in one place and it branch the same subnet: 192.168.0.0/24, and you want to communicate the host 192.168.0.1 with the main workstation to a host with the same ip address (192.168.0.1) you are going to have the issues and the logs that appear above, to resolve this problem exists NAT-T  https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-16591 , however this feature is only support for a few small business products. Cisco Quick VPN is a very useful software, but you have to keep in mind this little details. I also encourage you to take a look to he new small business security appliances, the ISA500. Hi Fabiano,  The important recommendations are: Ensure you don´t have any rule denying the traffic between the device and the remote site Go VPN>VPN Passthrough and enable:                  * PPTP Passthrough In the device Remote Management needs to be on.               Go Firewall> Basic Settings and ensure to:                  * Disable Block WAN Request                  * Enable Remote Management Just only One Connection per User Account, also remember the local Network Subnet must be different than Remote Network Subnet. Hola Rodrigo, me llamo Johnnatan y soy parte de la comunidad de Cisco, tengo dos posibles causas a tu problema: Uso de ip dinámica sin dominio, asegúrate que tu proveedor de servicios te asigne una ip estática a tu hogar/empresa o si tienes una ip dinámica que estés usando un servicio de dominio como dyndns. Reglas del firewall: Asegúrate que en Firewall>General Block WAN Request está deshabilitado y que Remote management esté habilitado  con el puerto que usas para accesar a el (normalmente 80 y 443). You could see these posts; this has to fix your problem like any other Windows/IE: https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2166923 https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3732449#3732449 However I have never tested if the SSL VPN will work under Windows 8 x86, IE10. Those 2 links should fix it. if it is fixable unless you have another external factor. The problem isn’t the SSL or the SA540; it is Window's blocking feature.
