CISCO RV160W OpenVPN slow connection

Hello,
I setuped OpenVPN acording to your youtube guide. Connection via VPN work, but is very very slow. When I swich the VPN server from Cisco RV160W to other VPN server and connect the connection is quick. Why is connection via Cisco too slow and how can I fix it?

check the settings and see if you can tweak the MTU, still not able to get as expected contact cisco TAC for assistance.

Where in menu, can I tweak the MTU? I cannot to find.
