I have bought a new Cisco RV340W Router and power it ON and wait for 30 min to come up all the interfaces properly. But the interfaces not came up so I am not able to ping the default IP to open the GUI.

I connected the Console to check the logs inside and I got to know that it is stuck before uboot and the following logs are coming.

I believe you have tried this i guess (if not try once)

Hardware Reset

turn off the device and give 5min, and do below :

Step 1. Press the Reset button located on the device with a pin for approximately 15 seconds or until the power light on the front of the device starts flashing. The router reloads and is set to the default configuration settings.

If you tried and have same issue, then contact cisco SMB TAC for replacement.

@balaji.bandi I tried the above scenario as well but facing same issue.

Hi Ankit,

Try the following:

  • To reboot the router, press the reset button with a paper clip or pen tip for less than 10 seconds.
  • To reset the router to factory default settings, press and hold the reset button for at least 30 seconds.

If that doesn't help please contact our STAC and open a support ticket: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tsd-cisco-small-business-support-center-contacts.html

Thanks
