The router is hanging in the condition shown in the photo below. LAN connection is not recognized by the Windows machine. Is this device bricked? What are my options to get it working? Is there a way to flash firmware with Console to USB cable? Thanks for your input.
Holding reset button straight after POWER ON have put it into continuous reboots state, but the router ended up in the same condition after some time.

No, I don't. At times, when router is not rebooting continously, with all lan LEDs ON, the last output is
"Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel."
