Cisco SB RV260W won't boot after factory reset

The router is hanging in the condition shown in the photo below. LAN connection is not recognized by the Windows machine. Is this device bricked? What are my options to get it working? Is there a way to flash firmware with Console to USB cable? Thanks for your input.

Holding reset button straight after POWER ON have put it into continuous reboots state, but the router ended up in the same condition after some time.

           - Do you get any outputs when attaching an usb console ?

 M.

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

There is some output after every reboot, symbols seem to be different every time.

       - Make sure the baud rate is correct ,

It is giving this output with 115200 b.r.

Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel.

    - At first glance , I can't see any problems with that ; do you get a prompt when pressing return (e.g.) ?

 M.

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

No, I don't. At times, when router is not rebooting continously, with all lan LEDs ON, the last output is

"Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel."

 - Tend to believe it's broken and needs RMA-ed ; for Cisco opinions :
