Hi everybody

I have a SG 300 28 P switch network. i have not  done routing. Provided 10.100.10.series ip for the Vlan 1. Using 50 Vlans for communication. My issue is the ping to one particular  switch( it will vary to another) is  disconnecting some times. Still computers connected to this switch can access to internet. But telnet or web interface will not work. I disconnected all cables to this switch and tried to ping/connect, from an access port with vlan1 but not possible. My default vlan is 1. But  I am able to access the next switch which is installed after this switch even this issue is present. Rebooting the switch solves the problem. The version of the switch is latest. Please Help.

Hi Krishnaprasanth.S.,

The easiest way to resolve this would be to call our support centre to open a service request so an engineer can assist you. Troubleshooting this over the forum will be difficult as it may require multiple steps to resolve the problem.
