Hi,

We did test the E398u-15 with SRP500 release 1.2.5. Is this the same as your card?

Are you seeing Not Detected, or Not Connected?

Andy

Hi Andy, my Card is a E398 without u-15 supplement. (Is a LTE Card)

I mean i see not detected.. I will check this again and report later..

When you check, make sure that the multi-WAN config page is configured to allow failover.

Usually Huawei modems are pretty consistent, but sometimes service providers use different firmware on the modem that causes the SRP not to recognise them.

The Status is detecting, then inizialising then error and then again detecting.....

Ok - not sure what we will ultimately be able to do now, but if you could do the following, it will allow us to move things along:

  1. Leave the modem disconnected for 5-10 minutes (to allow logs to clear recent modem messages)
  2. Connect modem to USB port and wait of it to go through detect / fail cycle a couple of times.
  3. Log in to GUI as admin, then go to Admin > Remote Support.  On this page, click "Collect Device Status Information" and save the file that downloads to your browser.
  4. Call the Cisco Small Business Support team and raise a case - providing this download to support the case.

Regards,

Andy

Ok I learn that the Huwaei E398 works only whit the SRP 526W-U. Not whit the SRP 526W.

Bye
