Computer to VPN Router WRVS4400N How to ...

looking for document/manual how to setup computer to VPN Router connection ....

all documents I found so far are about how to setup two routers VPN connection.

On WRVS440N I configured VPN Client Account and with QuickVPN client i connected using laptop to the router ( software shoving connected )

What else needs to be configured to actually see the shared folders on remote network ....

Thank You for reply, but as i mentioned before.

I already configured QuickVPN sucesfully, i have green connection to the router.

I'm loking for direction how to share folders over this VPN connection ....

Once you have a green connection, minimize the client.  At this point your computer is on the remote network just as if you were physically plugged into it.  Sharing should work exactly like it would if you were plugged into one of the wrvs4400n's lan ports or connected wirelessly.  For example, point explorer to \\someremotecomputer\someshare.  Likewise, a computer on the remote network should be able to see shares on the laptop just as if the laptop was connected to the wrvs4400n.

One thing to consider:  if the share you want to connect to is on a computer in sleep mode, you may not be able to wake it remotely.
