Configure Firewall to block websites on a range of IP

I am using RV325 Cisco Dual WAN VPN router.
I need to block some online shopping websites on ip range 192.168.1.30 - 180 and allow the same websites on ip range 192.168.1.2 - 29. How can I do this..
