Conisderations for upgrading Firwmare on RV320

I have an RV320 and I would like to upgrade the firmware.  My current  firmware is  1.2.1.14.  The most recent FW is 1.5.1.05.  Can I  direct upgrade the FW or do I have to upgrade in steps?
