Hi,
Is it possible for me to configure specific ports on the switch to power my TP-Link access point which has a power requirement of 9V, 0.6A?

Hi,
The short answer is no. TP-Link AP like WA801ND is powered via a passive PoE or external power supply. On the other hand, Cisco Small Business and Cisco Business switches comply with standard PoE 802.3af/at only which provides a voltage range of 37-57V. Both standards have nothing to do with each other, therefore, are not compatible. So in your use case, you would need to use the external power supply to power the TP-Link AP.
Thanks,
Martin
