Connecting two RVx Small Business Router

After giving up the IPSec, I have:

A LAN port x on SMB A with VLAN:

192.168.2.1

255.255.255.0

DHCP start is .20

connected to SMB B at LAN port y:

192.168.2.2

255.255.255.0

DHCP disabled

and I can't ping from SMB A to SMB B but SMB B to SMB A works.

What is wrong with that setup?

Oh, one device got IP from SMB A DHCP and is working. The ones with static IP do not work.

Do i need VLAN tagging or is this crap going to work with one VLAN??
