The three available ordering part numbers for the RV215W routers are:

RV215W-A-NA-K9 (USA)

RV215W-E-G5-K9 (Europe)

RV215W-A-AU-K9 (Australia)

The two part numbers you inquire about refer to the same device, no difference.  Please check on the datasheet for further details on the specs,
