ERROR: Ignore information because the message has no hash payload

Hi,

I am trying to connect to a VPN provided by a RV120W router. The client connection times out and the following message appears in the router log:

[rv120w][IKE] ERROR:  Ignore information because the message has no hash payload.

VPN client is Shrew Soft VPN client v2.1.5

Operating System: Ubuntu 11.04

Does anyone know what is causing the problem?
