My RV042G Gigabit DUAL WAN router currently has Firmware version v4.2.1.02 (Jan 18 2012 14:10:55). There is a new firmware listed for the RV0XX routers, and it lists the RV042G as one of the routers this updated firmware is for, but it also mentions that it is for the Series V3 hardware only. I do not see any mention in the literature for my RV042G Gigabit Dual WAN Router regarding the Series of hardware. Is this router considered to be Series V3 hardware? Is the firmware update version 4.2.2.08 compatibe with the RV042G Gigabit Dual WAN VPM router?
