Hi all,
I'm new with Cisco. Our company bought the gateway 2911 and CVP servers for test environment. I have CVP setup and want to configure the gateway calling the test application "RecordingAgentGreeting" from the VXML server. Here's my basic configuration from gateway:
application
service CVPSelfService flash:CVPSelfServiceBootstrap.vxml
!
service RecordAgentGreeting flash:CVPSelfService.tcl
param CVPPrimaryVXMLServer 10.0.0.86
param CVPSelfService-app RecordAgentGreeting
param CVPSelfService-port 7000
voice-port 0/0/0
!
voice-port 0/0/1
!
voice-port 0/0/2
!
voice-port 0/0/3
dial-peer voice 6544 pots
service recordagentgreeting
incoming called-number 440998****
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0
!
When I called in to the 440998**** I got the message saying " We are currently experience high call volume...Please wait....". I expected the voice is from the gateway itself. Plus, I hung up the call, then when I called back, the call didn't go through. I believe there was a loop back from previous call which never got release.
Can anyone guide me through the right configuration?
Thanks,
Kyle

You are off-topic in ATAs, Gateways and Accessories - 2911 is not a Small Business Product beast.
