If no one have the foggiest idea how to set up a VG then I recommend engaging a reputable system integrator. Setting up a VG is not child's play and have known to make grown men cry.

Do you have already stable internet and working. nowadays everything is SIP.
Options: most of the people moved already to teams or skpye. or any other.
Options 2: if you are keen to set up at the office with Physical Phones.(VoIP)
how big is this setup, 10 phones or 20phones? then I will suggest below
1. https://www.fusionpbx.com/ (not marketing i was part of it support while developing stage) - easy to install and manage over GUI.
2. Asterisk-based any PBX can work for you
Note : I have suggested here to saving cost, thinking you have local knowledge who can deploy/
If not as suggested hire a consultant or integrator.
