We bought RV340 router+VPN and now I am trying to import our SSL certificate in it but it throws import failed error.
I have company's SSL certificate and intermediate-ca certificate in pem format. Does anybody know how this certificate import work in RV340?

Just updated firmware to 1.0.03.16 and I am trying to install a security certificate.
I have a wildcard CA cert that I can't upload. The RV won't accept it and doesn't provide any feedback as to why.
Cisco TAC won't take my call because the device is 20 days out of warranty.
this basic thing isn't working and it is frustrating

If you have your 3rd party cert ready for upload maybe this will help. I went through problems also, following the instructions, while the instructions were somewhat correct this is what I found to work. Instructions had me importing as a CA_Cert. (did not work)
When you import the cert choose: (local cert)....
Note: I used the SSL Cert (not the CA Bundle)...
