i m hoping some one might be able to help me with ip communicator and it reaching its tftp server for registration . i have a uc560 with multiple fones
working on it ok i have attached a soft phone to it and registared it fine and it work s o.k when its directly connected to the lan .but when i try to connect to it from a vpn connection it doesnt reg. now i have a sr520 in front of the uc560 connecting to the internet due to my isp being adsl .now i can vpn to the router fine and also can ping from my laptop the gateway of the router and the wan port of the uc and the data vlan of the uc but it wont ping the voice vlan or the cue vlan which im thinking is part of the problem i have inputed multiple static routes to try to solve this but to no luck was wondering if any one else had had this problem and if so how was it sorted iv been on to cisco tac and they have nt been able to get a solution in two 3 hours sessions
please help
