All,
MY company ordered a spare POE power supply for a Cisco ISR4331. We cracked it open today and the power supply was missing the "cable connector" jumper. This is the smaller cable that connects to the 5 pin out on the board and the 4 connector slot on the poe power supply. Cisco would not provide a part number or name of the cable so that I can ask my supplier or search the net to purchase.
Does anyone have any idea what the part number is for the cable or the correct name? Ciscos hardware installation guide lists it simply as "power supply cable connector".

Hi,
Please move this topic to the main Routing section for better visibility. This is the Small Business routing section which is for RV series routers so you may not get a reply as quickly here.

Hopefully that worked. Sorry I am unsure how to move from one forum tag to another.
