Whey you search for the Quick VPN Utility, it will be located under that router's specific Software, example.
This was found under the software for the RV Series of routers RV082 to be specific, but all of them have the same Quick VPN Version of 1.4.2.1. It will not matter which Router you select.
Hope this helps

thanks a lot guys .. that helped!
are you (or anyone else) able to help with this (Ive had it posted for a while with no results):
RVS4000 router doesnt give out an IP address to a client connecting with QVPN v1.303, connection seems good, router logs the connection and tracks its duration etc but client side does not get an IP from the RVS4000 side -keeps local LAN ip + there is no access to the remote shares etc. RVS 4000 has DHCP enabled. Client side subnet is different to the VPN side. VPN users are setup correctly (Router logs the user as connected) . Port 443 is not setup in port forwarding. (the router is brand new)

Garth,
Please make sure you are running the latest Qvpn software as the code has been update to correct bugs in the code.
Now if i under stand correctly you are looking for an (ip address for the client) when you use Qvpn you don't receive an up address from the router. IPsec connection authenticate via phase 1 and phase 2 and with a preshare key. Once this is done we have direct access to the whole subnet on either side. So you don't get an ip address from the RVS4000. Really what the Qvpn software does is helps you configure the IPsec Client within windows to connect to our routers, this is why the Qvpn is free, Qvpn is more of a user friendly quick installation tool to configure IPsec VPN policy, IKE policies and per-share to allow your windows machine to establish a tunnel between you're computer and remote vpn router (RVS4000).
So first i would make sure i am running latest Qvpn software, i think it is 1.4.0.5.
After you get everything else back up and running , what can you ping via ip address after connecting?
Once you are connected and can ping the default gateway the tunnel is established and you should have access to everything on your network. Generally if you get here, and pinging then its a firewall issue or routing issue on your local remote side.
If you need further assitance you always can give SBSC a call @ 1-866-606-1866

After spending too much precious time looking for the QuickVPN utility myself, i'm not sure if i can afford to spread a few extra links to it which may help others in the future. All links open a new window:
