Release notes for RV320/RV325 firmware v1.3.1.12

Hi,

I notice that a new firmware version (v1.3.1.12) for the RV32x series was released about a month ago.

However, the release notes for the version are not up on the release notes page (latest is v1.2.1.14):

Any idea where else I can get the release notes from?

The text on the web page says 1.3.1.12 released in June, but in actual fact the code was done in April and just released for download a couple days ago (22-Jul-2016 or so).

I just downloaded rv32x_relnote_v1_3_1_12.pdf so I guess it has been updated now
