Repeated internet connection drops, ISP says its the router - CISCO RV325

I am getting repeated (every 6 - 8 hours or so) internet connection drops for the past week and looking for some help.  Once the connection drops, I can't re-establish without rebooting the router.  I have a small LAN (10 computers) connected to the Cisco RV325 - all connections are wired.  My LAN continues to work fine.  My ISP modem is set to bridge mode and the lights show that the internet connection is working.  I have called my ISP and they say everything checks out from their end.  My connection is via PPoE set up in the router and set to "keep alive".  The system log shows an NSD Fail and then repeated attempts and fails to reconnect.  (attached that portion of the log here).  If I reboot the modem (although it seems to be working fine) - I still cannot connect.  If I attempt to use the router GUI to "connect" it fails.  The system status shows the WAN2 port as connected but inactive.  When I reboot the router though, it all returns to connected.  I am trying to determine if this is an ISP problem (notorious around here), modem (seems not to be - other way to confirm?) or a router problem that I don't understand.  I haven't changed anything before this started and it was been working fine for about a year.

NOTE - yesterday I switched from using the WAN1 port to WAN2 on the off chance that the port was faulty.  Same results though.  I updated firmware on the 325 the other day (after problem started) so it is current.

Thanks for any help,

Jonathan

Sys log of when the connection goes down (more available if it will help).
