RV-042 With Both ISP Working, Need Specific PCs Going through Particular WAN

Hi,

I have Cisco RV-042 Router, I have terminated 2 ISP's on it. Both are active and connected.

Requitement :  I want that my management guys (2-3 IPs) should go to internet via WAN-1 and some other users should go through WAN-2 ISP.

                           Incase of either of the ISP failure, All should go via available ISP.

Firmware :  v4.2.2.08 (Apr 26 2013 19:12:26)

PID VID : RV042 V03

Please guide me how to achive the same...
