Hi,
We need your help...
We want access to a server computer with IP 192.168.0.250 in LAN with remote desktop protocol port 3389 through the wan1
The modem in wan1 has the 3389 port opened to the IP 10.0.0.10 (that is the rv016 IP for this modem).
How can I configure the rv016 router to do that?
Thanks!

STJO,
Browse to Setup-> Forwarding.
Service: 3389 (Create a custom service if needed using Service Management)
IP Address: 192.168.0.250
Enable: (Check)
Add to List
That should forward 3389 to the server

Hi,
Thanks for your reply but it doesn't work!

Hi,
Give your PC the IP 10.0.0.10 and plug it into the ISP router/modem in place of the RV016. Browse to yougetsignal.com and use the Port Forwarding Tester to see if 3389 is open. If it is not, then the ISP device is not configured properly. If it is open then the RV016 is not configured properly. In the second case, please post a screenshot of the forwarding page on the RV016.

If the above test of plugging in the computer directly works, try putting the system in the rv016's DMZ. If it doesn't work there, something is blocking it in the router's configuration.
